Polski Projekt: Curator’s Tour + Reception

Join us at the South Campus Gallery on Thursday, February 16 from 5 to 8 PM for a reception for member of Polish type collective Typoteka.pl, plus a tour with the curator of our current exhibition, Polski Projekt.

Polski Projekt, HMCT’s current exhibition, brings together posters and type specimens created by Polish artists and designers. The posters are from the collection of the HMCT Archive, and the type specimens are on loan from Typoteka.pl, an index of historical and contemporary typefaces by authors associated with Poland. Mateusz Machalski, Ania Wieluńska, and Borys Kosmynka, members of the Typoteka.pl research team, and designer Leonard Konopelski, donor of the Polish posters and longtime educator at ArtCenter, will be in attendance.

Thursday, February 16, 5–8 pm
