Do You Have a Platypus?

In our investigations, we often encounter enigmatic Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) that accompany a particular subject or institution. Their authors and authenticity remain a mystery, often evoking both amusement and surprise. Do You Have a Platypus? features a broadside printed selection of existing FAQ adopted from established institutions typeset in fonts designed in Greg Lindy’s Font Design course at ArtCenter College of Design. Examples include, “Can twins read each other’s minds” and “Why is it illegal to sell a used mattress in Florida?”. More on the exhibition here.
