Join us for the opening reception of Digital Witness: Algorithmic Spaces for Typography and Language, an exhibition that addresses how digital tools and programming languages have affected graphic design, typography, and language. As a satellite of LACMA’s main exhibition titled Digital Witness: Revolutions in Design, Photography, and Film, which examines the broader influence of image manipulation tools, this section at the HMCT Gallery explores the effects and possibilities of computation, generative, and parametric processes in these fields.
Exhibition dates: November 14, 2024 — April 27, 2025
Free and open to the public.
(Entrance to the building is from the parking lot located at Raymond Ave. and Glenarm St. Free parking is available at the parking lot in front of the building.)
