
Gloria Kondrup—“Fore-edge: Louise Fili & Lorraine Wild, Virtuosos of Typography and Type Design”
With a brief nod to American women book cover designers from the 1890s through the 1930s who created thousands of book cover designs, and were influenced by the aesthetics of Art Nouveau and the Arts and Crafts Movement, this presentation focuses on the work of two of the most prolific contemporary typographers and book designers, Louise Fili and Lorraine Wild.
